The Children were given a torch, in which they had to shine its beam onto various objects in St Matthew’s church. Toby Found the statue of our lady. Harry found the font. Nina (with mum) found the carving of St Matthew. Magnus found the St Matthew banner. Ingrid found the carved lizard in the choir stalls and Alistar found a cobweb (to be cleaned later!!) it was fun, but the real message was that Jesus can shine his light into our lives and take away the darkness.
