4th January 2009, its our Epiphany service.

Ash Wednesday

Here are some pictures from our Ash Wednesday service. The service was well attended and the choir provided beautiful music. After the service Mary Wheatley provided soup, cheese and French bread. The amount made for Christian aid was £223.40. Thank you all!

Father Graham took a Visual service today. The theme was seeing Jesus with a clearer understanding. Also during the service Father Graham’s daughters provided beautiful music during communion. A BIG thank you to him for a very interesting service.

Mini Events 2009 - 3rd May 2009

Sam and Phoenix renewed their wedding vows during today’s service. Afterwards enhanced refreshments were served . Also, Father Simon wore one of Father Ommanney’s Vestments which has not been seen for many years!

The weather was bad! but those who braved the thunder and lightning had a delicious fish and chip supper and a fun evening of quiz questions!

17th May 2009 Pat West’s Birthday

Pat celebrated a mile stone birthday on the 18th May, but after church on Sunday we all wished her a happy birthday. the gift was a Mug (with a Guinea pig picture!)

27th June 2009 Family Service

In today’s gospel reading, Jairus and the woman with the Haemorrhage had complete trust in Jesus. Father Graham asked could we trust someone? a test took place! Starting with Father Noel, who wasn't that trusting at first.
